At the National Association of SBA Loan Brokers (NASLB), we are committed to elevating excellence, transparency, and accountability in SBA lending. Our mission is to empower SBA loan brokers through education, ethical standards, and advocacy, while reinforcing trust in the 7(a) lending ecosystem.

Through our professional community, NASLB ensures that SBA loan brokers operate with integrity, comply with regulatory requirements, and foster reliable capital access for small businesses—while aligning fully with evolving federal oversight obligations.

David Marcantonio – President

David Marcantonio brings over 25 years of SBA lending expertise to his role as NASLB President. As a seasoned loan broker and former SBA lender, David has closed  hundreds of 7(a) and 504 loans, helping small businesses nationwide secure critical growth capital. His vision for NASLB focuses on raising industry standards, enhancing broker-lender collaboration, and expanding training opportunities for members.

Beau Eckstein – Vice President

Beau Eckstein is a nationally recognized SBA loan broker, investor, and educator. As Vice President of NASLB, Beau leverages his extensive experience in commercial lending, real estate finance, and loan packaging to provide members with actionable insights and strategies for success. He is committed to growing NASLB’s network of trusted brokers and lenders while advancing ethical and transparent lending practices.

Bob Coleman – Executive Director

Bob Coleman, founder of Coleman Publishing and host of the Coleman Report, brings decades of expertise as a leading SBA lending journalist and educator. As NASLB’s Executive Director, Bob oversees strategic direction, advocacy efforts, and industry partnerships. He is passionate about supporting brokers through education, compliance guidance, and stronger relationships with SBA lenders nationwide.
